We want you to love what you buy from us, but we get it – sometimes it just doesn’t work out. If the product is different in size, color, or it doesn’t work, we’ll try to make it right. If you’d like to make an exchange or return, here’s what you need to know.
You have up to 30 days after purchase to exchange or return most items, unless noted in our exceptions. Just provide your receipt, and we will refund the purchase price to the original form of payment. Purchases made with a gift card will be refunded as Merchandise Credit.
- You have 30 calendar days from the date you got the item to return it.
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you got it to be eligible for a return.
- A receipt or evidence of purchase must accompany your item.
- We will check your item upon receipt and tell you that we have received your returned item. After evaluating the item, we will quickly tell you the status of your refund.
- If your return is accepted, we will credit your credit card (or original payment method).
- Depending on your card issuer’s regulations, you will get the credit within a specific number of days.
